Day 1: 9.00am – 5pm (lunch 1pm-2pm)

Day 2 : 12.30pm – 3.30pm
- Basic Anatomy & Physiology
- Health & Safety
- Importance of Exercise
- Exercise Combinations
- Head, Arm, Hand Positions
- Creative Routine Demonstration

Please wear comfortable clothes to dance in and suitable dance footwear or trainers. The
course is 70% theory and 30% dance. The exam is practical and verbal.

LIMITED PLACES AVAILABLE

Deposit £200 is accepted to secure placement with balance due 2 weeks before course date.
 

Entry Requirements
Must be over 18yrs and have at least 2 years dance experience.
(This course is designed to teach you how to teach not how to dance)

examination.
